Install the CLI of the same minor version. See Native app.

The CLI adds github.com/synopackageland/* to the GOPRIVATE, GONOPROXY and GONOSUMDB of its Go child processes while preserving existing environment and go env -w settings. Give git a credential for github.com; verify access with git ls-remote https://github.com/synopackageland/syno-pkg-land-sdk. When running go get directly, set GOPRIVATE=github.com/synopackageland/* for that command.
